Terms and Shipping


Shipping Times

Some of our products are made to order so shipping will normally occur within 7 business days after payment being received. This means that most orders will arrive within 14 business days if you are located in Australia. If you are placing an order from outside Australia, please allow up to 21 days for delivery. If there are any delays with your order, you will be contacted by email to let you know the shipping date. We will always ship orders as quickly as possible from our warehouse.

If you have an urgent order, please contact us first to find out if your products are available for urgent shipping. 


We do not accept responsibility for delays or lost delivery of orders when delivery details have not been completed correctly by the customer. All of our products are shipped with tracking. We will not accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to issues with transport or customs.

Local duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We will do our best to notify you if we know that your package will not be cleared by customs in your country, however we take no responsibility for deliveries confiscated by customs. If you're unsure please Bug Us through our contact page and we can check your countries requirements before you place your order. 

Notification that your order has been shipped

You will rceive an email notification once your order has been shipped. 

Urgent Orders

If you have an urgent order, please call or email us to let us know. We will do our best to get it to you on time. We also have an express post shipping option, which means your order will be shipped via overnight delivery. 

Hot Weather

Some of our items can melt during hot weather. During these times we suggest you order an ice pack to be shipped with your items to keep them cool. In times of extreme heat, we may hold back your order until the weather has cooled down. You can purchase an ice pack to add toyour order in the packaging section of our online shop.

Please note: Ice packs can not be added to orders outside Australia. 

Items Broken During Transport

We do our best to package all of our products so that they arrive safe and sound to you, however on occasion some of the more fragile items can break. Unfortunately we can not replace items broken during transport.

International Shipping

We are located in Australia and can ship to most countries throughout the world. Please contact us before you place your order so that we can estimate the cost of shipping for you (based on the weight of the iems you are ordering).

Returns

We can accept returns if the product is not as described, but due to the nature of our products we can not accept returns if you have made the wrong choice. We appoligise for any inconvenience caused.

Payments

We accept AfterPay, Credit Card and Direct Bank Deposit for orders. Full payment is required before your order will be processed for shipping.

Privacy

We absolutely will not give or sell your contact information to anyone. Your contact details will only be used by our staff to process your order and send you special information (including news letters if you would like)
